Reah is now 9 months old and she is crawling all over the place and she loves to pull herself up on everything. She cruises slowly and has let go and stood by herself for a few seconds a few times. She had her 9 month check up and she is 17lbs 9oz and 26 in. She is so active that I'm not really worried about her dropping in the percentiles either - she went from 75th to 20th in weight and from 50th to 10th in height. She still has chunky thighs though :) and she is healthy which is what I'm happy about.
Levi has taken off on talking lately. He loves repeating everything we say. His prayers usually go like this: "Heavenly Father . . . love you . . . name Jesus, Amen" I love this little guy! He has a love of reading and he loves letters. Everywhere we go he points out the different letters he sees and what they say. He loves the Leap Frog Letter Factory movie and asks to watch it 3-4 times a day. How can I say no when it is letters and their sounds he is learning? He still likes to throw his tantrums (like a typical 2 year old) but I'm still trying to get him to tell me what he wants or needs. I found a playgroup that meets every week that both kids can be in and Levi loves it. I'm enjoying seeing him interact with the 3 other kids his age. He is one of the younger kids but he talks better than the others. And to think that I was worried when he would only talk when I was around a few months ago. He had the speech evaluation and everything - which said that he would eventually improve in the areas he was lacking in - I'm seeing that right now.

They are both growing so big!! Jacob loved that leap frog letter movie too. Rhea will be walking soon now!! Time sure flies!!
